Meet our Instructors

Camas Karate's instructors have cumulatively over 70 years of teaching experience.  Master Robert M. Shipley III trained in Korea and has over 40 years of experience.  He was instrumental in the formation of the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation in the mid 1970's.  Our volunteer instructors are certified by the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation.  It is the only U.S. federation recognized by Kwan Jang Nim Hwang Kee, the founder of Soo Bahk Do and the Moo Duk Kwan. 

Our Soo Bahk Do lineage is deep within the art's history. Each member is encouraged to trace their history back to our founder.
